The Journal of Interventional Epidemiology and Public Health (JIEPH) editorial team participated in a four-day in-service training on the JIEPH journal management system (JIEPH JMS).
The training was held from 20-23 May 2019 at the AFENET Secretariat. It was facilitated by two assistant editors from the Pan African Medical Journal (PAMJ): Audrey Kenni and Grace Mungai.
The JIEPH JMS is a customized version of PAMJ-Manuscript HutTM produced by the PAMJ Center for Public Health Research and Information. During the training JIEPH editors were shown how to use the JIEPH JMS to review, format, publish and correct submitted manuscripts. JIEPH published its second issue in April.
