Prof. William Bazeyo

Dr. William Bazeyo is a Professor of Occupational Medicine. He received an MBCHB from Makerere University, M. Med in Occupational Health from the University of Singapore, and a Ph.D. in Public Health from Atlantic International University. He taught at Makerere University for more than 20 years where he also served as Dean of the School of Public Health from 2009 to 2017. He then went on to serve as Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration until his retirement in 2021.

During his academic career, Prof Bazeyo conducted research and published in several areas including healthcare financing, leadership, and one health.
